प्रस्तावसदृशं वाक्यं स्वभावसदृशीं क्रियाम् ।Meaning:
आत्मशक्तिसमं कोपं यो जानाति स पण्डितः ॥
A person is said to be a Scholar, who Speaks accordingly, works to the interest of others and knows one's limitations in anger.
