एवमासन-बन्धेषु योगीन्द्रो विगत-श्रमः ।
अभ्यसेन्नाडिका-शुद्धिं मुद्रादि-पवनी-क्रियाम् ॥ ५७॥
Evamāsanabandheshu yogīndro vighataśramah Abhyasennādikāśuddhim mudrādipavanakriyām
The expert Yogîs call this Gorakśa âsana. By sitting with this âsana, the Yogî gets rid of fatigue.
